Cannellini Bean Salad



2 tins cannellini beans?, drained

250g tomatoes, chopped

2 cloves garlic, garlic

½ cucumber, chopped

½ avocado, diced

¼ cup dill, chopped

½ cup parsley chopped

½ cup olives

1 ½ capsicum finely diced

2 spring onions, chopped

2 lemons, juiced

extra-virgin olive oil

cloves garlic, crushed

1 tbsp honey

200g fiordilatte, torn into small chunks

Salt and freshly ground black pepper



In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
