1 chicken breast, crumbed, cooked
1 avocado, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
2 spring onion, chopped
½ bunch coriander, chopped
sushi & sashimi soy sauce
2 cups cooked sushi rice
Cook sushi rice as per packet insurance. Set aside to cool.
Season the rice with sushi seasoning and sprinkle over pickled ginger. Mix gently until combined.
Using a bamboo matt, lay a sheet of nori shiny side down.
Spread a layer rice over the nori sheet, top with a few slices of the chicken and your preferred selection of ingredients.
Dip your finger in a little water and run it along the back edge of the nori sheet and use the the bamboo matt to roll the sushi.
Serve immediately with wasabi and soy sauce.
