Cacao Cashew Butter

Time 5 minutes


250g cashews
¼ – ½ cup room temp. water
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp cacao
½ tsp cinnamon


Place all of the ingredients, apart from the olive oil, into a food processor and blend till smooth. Add a little more water the get to the desired consistence.

Spoon into a jar and drizzle with a little olive oil or virgin coconut oil, keep in the cupboard.


You can add vanilla, chilli, honey, maple syrup, cumin, paprika – be as creative as you like.
