Bulgur Breakfast Bowl

Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

1 ½ cup bulgur, cooked
½ punnet blueberries
½ punnet strawberries
2 tbsp inca berries
1 tbsp slivered almonds
½ pomegranate
1 apple, chopped
2 – 4 tbsp natural yoghurt

Method

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and top with yoghurt.
