Breakfast Egg Bagel

Serves 2-4
Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

1 tbsp butter
1 Spanish onion, chopped
1 chorizo, thickly sliced
4 bacon rashers
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
4 eggs
2 bagels, cut in halves
Salt and pepper

Method

Sauté the onions in butter and parsley, and fry the bacon and chorizo until golden.

Pan fry the bagel halves in butter and crack the eggs into the centre hole of the bagels. Season with salt and pepper. Keep frying until cooked to your liking.
