3 cloves garlic
1 white onion
2 kale stalks, stems discarded, finely chopped
2 rashers bacon
1 long red chilli
300g minced beef
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 ½ cup cannellini beans cooked
600 ml passata
4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp worcestershire
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
salt and pepper
1 bunch parsley
to serve, toast with butter and fry eggs, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes.
In a heated pan, add olive oil, bacon, onions, garlic and chillies, and stir.
Add mince and brown.
Season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
Add the beans, passata, chilli sauce, worcestershire, sherry vinegar, brown sugar and kale.
Stir occasionally, until cooked.
