Brazilian Garlic, Chilli, Coriander Steak Skewers

Serves 2-4
Time 20 minutes


1 tbsp fennel seed
¼ cup dill
1 green capsicum
2 cloves garlic
2 chillies HOT, chopped
½ red onion
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
500 gms boneless sirloin steak, cut into 2-inch chunks

Salad ingredients
Spring onion, cut on a diagonal
2-3 tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1 avocado, diced
¼ cup basil
¼ cup parsley
1 can red kidney beans
Extra virgin olive oil


Puree capsicum, garlic, onion, chilli, coriander, olive oil, vinegar, fennel seed, dill, salt and pepper.

Marinate meat with the puree, then skewer and grill until cooked to your liking.

Combine the salad ingredients and serve the skewers.
