2 large cos lettuce leaves
2 eggs, hard boiled
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Immerse eggs in a small pan of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Place lettuce leaves in a tupperware lunchbox.
Slice boiled egg and layer with sliced tomato and avocado.
Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
