Ingredients
6 x large King prawns raw, shell and devein
4 Nori sheets
¼ cup mirin
3-4 tsp Soy Sauce
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsn Miso paste
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tsp garlic, grated
50 gms butter
½ bunch coriander
Baking paper
Aluminium foil
Method
Lay the King prawns on the Nori sheets.
Mix ingredients together and place on top of the prawns.
Place the prawns with the Nori sheets on baking paper and wrap in foil.
Bake 10-12 minutes, or until cooked, on BBQ with the lid on.
