Barbequed Apples with Lemon Myrtle and Maple Syrup


2 green apples, quartered and deseeded

1 tbls rice bran oil

2 tsp lemon myrtle powder

1 tbls maple syrup

Quark (or yogurt) and lemon myrtle leaves to serve


On a hot barbie cook the apples in the oil, until golden on both sides. As they’re cooking, sprinkle the lemon myrtle powder and syrup over the apples.

Serve with quark and lemon myrtle leaves.
