Banana, Honey and Milo Jaffle with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

Brioche slices
lady finger bananas, sliced on an angle
unsalted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp honey
2 tsp milo

Method

Butter the outer layers of the brioche. Inside the jaffle, place the banana slices, cinnamon, honey and milo together.
Place the buttered brioche slices on top and cook in the sandwich press until golden. Top with maple syrup, sliced blueberries, a mint leaf, cream, ice-cream and dusted with icing sugar.
