2 bananas, cut in half
batter
1 ½ cups self raising flour
½ cup corn flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk
¼ cup sugar

oil for frying
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for batter. Whisk until smooth.
Skewer the bananas lengthwise, dip into the batter and transfer to the hot oil (at 180C).
Fry until golden brown.
