4 bananas, peeled, bottom chopped – place the pop stick in the bottom of them and freeze for 1-2 hours
2 x 100g blocks 70% mild dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ cup pistachio nuts chopped roughly
½ cup sprinkles
*Pistachio for adults, sprinkles for kids
In the microwave or on the stove, melt the chocolate gently with the coconut oil.
Meanwhile lay out nuts on one plate or tray and sprinkles on the other.
Take frozen bananas out of the freezer and dip into the chocolate mixture.
Immediately roll in either nuts or sprinkles.
Place the bananas back in the freezer (on a tray lined with baking paper) for another 20 minutes and serve immediately upon removal from the freezer.
