Baked Haloumi wrapped in Vine Leaves

Ingredients

4 thick slices haloumi, (600g)

16 to 20 vine leaves

1 loaf of crusty sourdough bread

extra-virgin olive oil

2 lemon

1 tab dried oregano

pepper

Method

Ingredients

Wrap each slice in four or five vine leaves

Put the packages over a gentle fire until the cheese has melted & absorbed the distinct tang of the vine leaves (about 10 mins).

Serve with bread.
