400g cottage cheese
1 large ripe banana, mashed
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. almond meal
1/2 cup Natvia or honey
4 egg yolks
1 cup milk
4 egg whites
nutmeg and allspice
Preheat the oven to 180C
In a food processor, combine cottage cheese, banana, salt, almond meal and honey or Natvia.
Once combine, add egg yolks and milk to the food processor and mix well.
Beat egg whites until stiff and then fold into cheese mixture.
Place mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg and allspice.
Place dish in pan of water and bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes.
