Avocado Smash with Vegan Feta

Ingredients

Sourdough bread – that is suitable for vegans

2 avocados – smashed with a fork

Juice ½ lemon

Salt & pepper to taste

1 radish, thinly sliced

Sprinkle of hemp seeds

Half a block of vegan feta

Drizzle of avocado oil, to serve

Method

In a bowl smash the avocado and combine with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. 

Lather generously onto the bread. 

Place radish slices over the avocado and sprinkle feta and hemp seeds on top and a drizzle of avocado oil.
