Avocado & Goats Cheese Dip


200g of goat’s cheese, soft
2 spring onions, finely chopped
2 ripe avocados skin and pip removed
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Mountain Bread
Olive Oil



Scoop the avocado into a bowl and keep in avocado shell.
Add the goat’s cheese, spring onions, lemon juice sea salt and pepper to the avocado and gently mask.
Cut a few sheets of mountain bread into strips, drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Pop into the oven at 180C for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Spoon the content back into the avocado shell and serve with a selection of toasted mountain bread.
