Asian Slaw Tacos

Serves 4-6
Time 30 minutes


Peanut Sauce

½ cup smooth peanut butter

1 tbsp soy sauce 

1-inch ginger, microplaned 

1 tbsp sriracha sauce 

2 tbsp raw honey

1 lime, juiced 

1 -2 tbsp water (as needed)


1 block firm tofu, cubed 



¼ red cabbage, sliced 

1 baby cabbage, sliced 

1 carrot, grated 

1 bunch fresh coriander, chopped 


Corn or flour tortillas


In a bowl whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger, chilli garlic sauce, honey, lime juice and a little water until smooth. 

Toss tofu in peanut sauce. 

Heat corn tortillas in the oven or stovetop. 

Assemble tacos and finish with coriander and fresh lime juice.
