Ingredients
8 granny smith apples, peeled and cut into six wedges
4 blueberry punnets
¼ tsp cinnamon
⅓ cup brandy
2 tbsp maple syrup
⅓ cup soft icing mixture
Crumble
250g butter, softened
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
Method
Preheat oven to 175C.
To make the crumble mix the butter, rolled oats, flour and brown sugar. In another mixing bowl stir together all of the rest of the ingredients. Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish and cover with the crumble. Place the dish into the oven at 175C for 35-40 mins.
Dust with icing sugar (optional) and serve with ice-cream.
