1kg Granny Smith apples, peeled & chopped
1kg fresh blueberries, raspberries and boysenberries
1 tsp lemon zest
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup icing sugar
⅓ cup corn flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
For the Topping
2 cups plain flour
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup brown sugar
250g unsalted butter, cubed
1 tsp salt
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, to serve
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix filling ingredients together in a large bowl until combined and place in oven dish.
Rub together all of the dry ingredients for the crumble topping with the butter in a separate large bowl. Once combined, mix in the chopped nuts.
Cover the filling generously with the crumble topping.
Bake for 30-45 minutes at 180°C until golden.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
