Ingredients
1/2 lemon, sliced
1/4 cup iced tea
1/4 cup stock syrup (sugar and water that’s been boiled and cooled)
1/4 cup Passionfruit and Apple Juice
ice
2 mint leaves for garnish
Method
Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and strain into 2 pre-iced glasses.
Garnish with mint
