Almond, Strawberry & Quinoa Porridge

Serves 1
Time 5 minutes


1 cup cooked quinoa (or buckwheat)
½ cup almond milk
½ cup strawberries, stem removed and diced
¼ cup crushed pistachios
2 tsp honey


In a saucepan add all of the ingredients except the pistachios and cook over medium heat for five minutes.

Serve in a bowl topped with pistachios and an extra drizzle of honey.
