1- 1 ½ cups sweet potato, steamed or roasted
2-4 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup walnuts, roasted
½ tbsp lemon juice or orange juice
½ tsp turmeric, ground or freshly grated
½ tsp cumin, ground
Salt and pepper, to taste
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until well-combined and smooth adding extra liquid until desired consistency is reached, season to taste, top with extra walnuts.
