350gm self raising flour, sifted
1 cup yoghurt
6 tbsps nutella
300g mixed berries
100g white chocolate grated
flour for dusting
Pre-heat a pizza stone in the oven and 250C.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, yoghurt and egg.
Turn out the dough on to a floured work surface and knead for about five minutes. If the dough is too sticky, add a little extra flour until it becomes smooth.
Divide the dough into four pieces and roll out into rounds as thinly as possible.
Pop one of the bases on the pizza stone and spread one side with nutella. Add the mixed berries and sprinkle with the grated white chocolate. Run a little water around the edges with your finger. Fold the dough over itself and twist sides together to seal.
Transfer to a preheated oven and cook until puffed and golden.
