Space Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

3 frozen bananas, cut into rounds

3 tbsp almond milk

3 tbsp collagen powder (blue spirulina)

1 tbsp dragon fruit powder

2 tbsp acai powder

2 tbsp activated charcoal powder

 

Toppers:

1 mango, cut into mini stars with a cookie cutter

½ dragon fruit, scooped with melon baller

1 tbsp chia, mixed with 1 tsp collagen powder and 1 tbsp water

Method

Blend ⅓ of the frozen bananas with the collagen powder and 1 tbsp of almond milk. Set aside in a bowl.

Blend ⅓ frozen bananas with the dragon fruit powder, acai powder and 1 tbsp of almond milk. Set aside in a bowl.

Blend the remaining bananas and almond milk with the charcoal powder. Set aside in a bowl.

Divide all of the mixtures between two serving bowls, and swirl together gently to create a marble effect. Top with the mango stars, dragon fruit balls and the chia collagen mixture.
