200g milk chocolate
200g dark chocolate
1 packet pink and white marshmallows
1 cup pistachios
1 cup white chocolate melts
1 cup maltesers
2 chocolate-covered Turkish delight bars (about 100g), chopped
Line a large rectangular baking dish with baking paper.
Melt the dark and milk chocolate over a double boiler. Once melted, remove from the heat and stir through the marshmallows, pistachios, white chocolate, maltesers and Turkish delight. Stir well to combine.
Pour into the lined baking dish and spread evenly. Place into the fridge to set for at least 2 hours or ideally overnight.
Once set, remove from the baking paper and cut into slices.
