Rehydrating Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup of water
1 -2 tsp of Blackmores Coconut Water + Nature Boost Magnesium
1 cup of fresh juice, orange and pineapple works best for a tropical flavour
A pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon
Handful of ice

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until you have a frothy, refreshing drink.
