Post Workout Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

½ cup rice milk
1 cup water
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 serve of vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp of Blackmores Cacao + Nature Boost Prebiotics & Probiotics
1 tsp of Blackmores Wild Blueberry + Nature Boost Vitamin C (optional)
Small handful of fresh blueberries
Handful of ice

Method

Place all products in a blender of Vitamix and blitz until smooth.

Pour into a spill proof bottle and chill until ready to drink!
