Peanut Chocolate Biscuit

Serves 6
Time 45 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup (150g) plain flour
2 eggs, whisked
¾  cup caster sugar
1 jar 375g Mayvers Peanut Cacao Spread

Method

Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper and

set aside.

Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until all ingredients form a dough.

Roll into 6 balls and place them onto the tray.

Bake for 35 minutes. Leave to cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes and then transfer to a baking rack to cool further.
