Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients

500g spaghetti

½ cup bacon, diced

2 eggs

½ cup cream

½ cup parmesan, grated

½ brown onion, chopped

4 cloves of garlic, chopped

1 bunch parsley

½ bunch chives

extra virgin olive oil

butter

salt

pepper

Method

Add spaghetti to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 10-12 min.

In a pan on low-medium heat, add butter, onion, garlic, bacon, salt, pepper and gently sweat down for 4-5 minutes

To pan, add cooked spaghetti, a little pasta water, pinch of salt, herbs, cream, parmesan, eggs and mix well.
