Moroccan Bissara Dip

Ingredients

500g cooked fava beans or broad beans, boiled and peeled

¼ bunch parsley

½ clove garlic, micro-planed

1 tbsp. chives

3 tbsp. creme fraiche

salt

pepper
olive oil, to serve

Method

Blend all ingredients for together 20-30 seconds and top with olive oil and a little more salt and pepper.
