Chocolate Peanut Butter Seed Balls

Ingredients

1 cup quick oats
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup raisins
1 cup hemp seeds
½ cup cacao
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup maple syrup

¼ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup poppy seeds
¼ cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup milk chocolate chips

Method

In the bowl of a food processor, place the oats, peanut butter, raisins, hemp seeds, cacao, vanilla and maple syrup and blitz until smooth.

Add the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, pepitas, salt and chocolate chips to the food processor and pulse a few times just to combine but so they don’t break up too much.

Roll the mixture into small balls with your hands, then place on a tray in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to firm up. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
