Berry, Yoghurt and Mint Smoothie

Serves 2
Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup chilled Vitasoy unsweetened almond milk
½ tsp vanilla essence or extract
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
⅓ cup Greek yoghurt
¼ cup mint leaves
Handful of ice cubes

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth and serve.
