2 tuna steaks
1 garlic clove, grated
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup organic soy sauce
1-2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 spring onion, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 handful snow pea shoots
2 lettuce leaves
In a bowl mix garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame seeds and spring onion.
Add tuna steaks to marinade, making sure all sides are coated.
Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator, turning a couple of times.
Heat an oiled non-stick pan on a medium-high heat.
Cook tuna steak for 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with lettuce, snow pea shoots and olive oil.
